The Site provides general information about the heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and related home services we offer. Any pricing, promotions, service descriptions, or availability shown on the Site are for general informational purposes, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee. All work is subject to a separate written agreement, estimate, or invoice provided at the time of service. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may have additional conditions.
When you submit a service request, contact form, or scheduling request through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a request does not by itself create a service appointment or contract; an appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on the details. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service in our reasonable discretion.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the underlying code (collectively, the "Content") — is owned by Kenkay or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notifications, follow-ups, and, where you have consented, promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Delivery of messages depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service is available only in the United States.
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, such as social media platforms or service providers. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party website is subject to that website's own terms and policies, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Kenkay regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
